1. Consultation Booking – Cancellation and Refund Rules
1.1 Cancellation Window:
Online consultation bookings may be cancelled within three (3) calendar days from the date of booking (i.e., booking date + 3 days) providedthat the consultation review process has not commenced.
1.2 Refund Eligibility:
Cancellations made within the permitted window and before consultation review has started are eligible for a refund.
A cancellation fee of ₹50 or 5% of the consultation fee, whichever is higher, will be deducted as administrative charges.
No refund will be provided in case of No Show for a doctor appointment.
1.3 Refund Processing Timeline:
Upon acceptance of the cancellation request, the refund amount (after applicable deductions) will be processed within 2 business days.
The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 10 working days, subject to bank/payment gateway processing timelines.
2. Prescription Medicine Orders – Cancellation & Return Policy
2.1 Cancellation of Orders:
Once a medicine order is placed and paid for, it cannot be cancelled by the user.
2.2 Returns Policy:
Returns of medicines are subject to the return policy of the respective pharmacy from which the order was fulfilled.
Users must directly contact the pharmacy partner for return requests, if eligible.
2.3 Unfulfilled Orders – Refunds:
If a medicine purchase cannot be fulfilled by the pharmacy:
The pharmacy may raise a refund request with Parihaar Customer Support.
Alternatively, the user may also contact Parihaar customer support directly for the same.
After validating the claim, the refund will be processed by the Parihaar Platform Admin within2 business days.
The refund will be credited to the original payment method within 10 working days, depending on payment gateway timelines.
2.4 Deduction of Charges:
The actual Transaction Discount Rate (TDR) applicable by the payment gateway will be deducted from the refund amount.
3. General Terms
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Parihaar reserves the right to refuse or delay refunds in case of suspected misuse, incomplete claims, or lack of documentation.
Timelines for refunds are indicative and may vary based on the bank/payment gateway.
